Sleeping position is very important for the first 3 nights after the operation. You should lie down on your back (supine), your face should be towards ceiling, not to side walls, and the head should be elevated with pillows placed under your back. The back side of your head (donor area) had been covered with dressing, this areas contact with pillow or bed would cause no problem but carefully avoid the implanted area from any contact or hit.
